At the midpoint (Session 4) and at the end (Session 8), the coachee writes a high-level summary of their insights, progress, behavioural shifts and future focus areas. This reflection process strengthens maturity, self-awareness and accountability.
The coach's role is to refine, not rewrite — ensuring accuracy and professional language while upholding ethical boundaries and protecting confidentiality at all times.
